Who looks after your data

Território, an izakaya in Foz do Iguaçu, is the controller of the data you leave on the site and in your booking. The company details and the contact for data matters are at the end of this page.

What we keep and why

For the booking: your name and WhatsApp number, to confirm the table, send the reminder and let you know if anything changes. This is what we need to fulfil the booking you asked for.

If you choose: an e-mail, to get a copy of the receipt, and the house's news, only with the box ticked by you.

Booking notes and tags (birthday, high chair, accessibility). A dietary restriction is health data: we keep it only if you write it, only the staff serving your table see it, and we delete it 30 days after the visit.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations, to plan the nights. After a no-show, your next bookings may need the house's confirmation.

If you sign in with Google: the account identifier and the e-mail Google shares. Never the password.

Who else sees it

Only the house's staff, each with the access of their role. On the reception screen the phone number is masked.

Services that work for the house and use the data only for that: the database and hosting, in São Paulo; WhatsApp (Meta), which delivers the messages; Cloudflare Turnstile, which stops bots on the booking form; Google, if you sign in with it. Meta and Google may process data outside Brazil, under the LGPD safeguards.

We never sell or lend your data to anyone.

For how long

Booking and guest record data: up to 24 months after your last visit; after that it becomes anonymous.

Dietary restriction: 30 days after the visit.

Measurement: per-visit records are kept for 12 months; after that, only the totals.

Backups: up to 30 days after a piece of data is deleted.

Your rights

You can see, correct, download or delete your data in My bookings, with the code sent to your WhatsApp. Deleting cancels your future bookings, with notice.

You can also ask through the contact below. We answer within 15 days.

If you feel something was not solved, you can contact the ANPD, Brazil's national data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

Necessary: the theme you picked, your cookie choice and the session after the WhatsApp code. The site doesn't work without them, so they are always on.

Remember me: your name, your WhatsApp and how many people usually come are kept on this device, so the next booking is already filled in. None of it leaves the device because of this. Only on if you accept.

Measurement: we count pages visited, where you came from, the booking steps and the most wanted days and times, with random numbers instead of who you are. It stays with a service of the house itself, with data in Brazil. Only on if you accept.

Change your mind any time under Cookies, at the bottom of the page. Turning a category off erases at once what it had kept on this device.

We use no third-party cookies, ads or Google Analytics.
